Out of the Depths (130)

My `soul_ rests in / God alone.
`My salvation / is from him.
`He alone_ is my rock_, my salvation, / and my fortress.
`I will never be_ / greatly shaken.
How `long will you as / sault a man?
Would `all of you_ / throw him down,
`like a leaning wall_, like a / tott’ring fence?
They `only plan to throw him down_ from his / lofty place. +
`They de / light in lies.
They `bless_ with their mouth_, but they curse_ / inwardly.
Selah.
`O my soul_, wait in silence for_ / God alone,
`for my hope_ / is from him.
`He alone_ is my rock_, my salvation, / and my fortress.
`I will / not be shaken.

`My salvation and my honor / is with God.
The `rock of my strength, and my refuge, / is in God.
`Trust in him at all_ times, you / peo~ ple.
Pour `out your heart be / fore~ him. • • `God_ is a refuge / for~ us.
Selah.
`Surely those of low degree are / just a breath,
and `those of high degree_ / are a lie.
`In the balances_ / they are nothing.
They `are together lighter / than a breath.
`Do not trust_ / in oppression.
`Do not place false hope in / robbery.
If `riches / in~ crease,
`do not set your / heart on them.
(Ref)
`God has / spoken once; • `twice_ / I have heard_,
that `power be_ longs_ / to~ God,
and `to you, Lord, belongs_ / loving kindness,
for `you reward each one according / to his work.
