Out of the Depths (130)

`LORD, do not rebuke me / in your anger,
`neither discipline me / in your wrath.
Have `mercy on me, LORD, for / I am faint.
`LORD_, heal me, for my / bones are troubled.
My `soul is also / in great anguish.
But `you, LORD / how~ long?
Re `turn_, LORD. De / liver me,
and `save me for your loving / kindness’ sake.
(Ref)
`For in death there is no / mem’ry of you.
In `Sheol, who shall / give you thanks?
`I am weary / with my groaning.
`Ev’ry night I flood my bed. I drench my couch_ / with my tears.
`My eye wastes away be / cause of grief.
`It grows old because of all my / enemies.
De `part from me_, all you workers of i / niquity,
`for the LORD has heard the voice_ / of my weeping.
The `LORD has heard my / supplication.
The `LORD ac / cepts my prayer.
May `all my enemies_ be ashamed_ / and dismayed.
`They shall turn back, they shall be disgraced_ / suddenly.
