The Heavens Declare (19)

O `LORD, our Lord_, how majestic is your name in / all the earth!
`You have set your glory a_ / bove the heavens!
`From the lips of babes and / in~ fants • `you_ have estab_ lished a strong_ hold a / gainst your foes,
`that you might_ si_ lence the enemy and / the avenger.
When `I look at your heavens, the_ work_ / of your fingers,
the `moon_ and the stars_, which you / have ordained,
`what_ is a human being, that you / think of him?
`What is a mere mortal, that you / care for him?
(Ref)
For `you have made_ him a little lower / than the angels,
and `crowned_ him with glory / and~ honor.
You `make him ruler over the_ works_ / of your hands.
`You have put all things_ under / his~ feet:
`All_ / sheep and cattle,
and `also the_ animals_ / of the field,
the `birds_ of the sky_, and the fish_ / of the sea,
`and whatever passes through the paths_ / of the seas. +
O `LORD_, / our~ Lord,
`how majestic is your name in / all the earth!
