`LORD_, you showed favor / to your land.
`You restored the for_ / tunes of Jacob.
`You_ have forgiven the iniquity_ / of your people.
`You have covered / all their sin.

`You have taken away / all your wrath.
`You have turned_ from the fierceness / of your anger.
Re `store us, God of / our salvation,
and `cause your indignation toward_ / us to cease.
