Out of the Depths (130)

Hear_, LORD, and / answer me,

for `I am / poor and needy.

Pre `serve my life, for / I am faithful.

`LORD_, / hear my prayer.

`Listen to the voice of / my petitions.

`In the day_ of my trouble I will / call on you,

for `you will / answer me.

`There is no one like_ you among the / gods~, Lord,

nor `any deeds_ / like your deeds.

All `nations you have made will come and wor_ ship be / fore you, Lord.

`They shall glori / fy your name.

For `you are great_, and do / wondrous things.

`You are / God alone.

`For your loving kind_ ness is / great toward me.

A `band of vi’lent men_ / seek my life. • `They have no re / gard for you.

But `you, Lord, are a merciful and / gracious God,

`slow to anger, and abundant in_ loving kindness and_ / faithfulness.
